Paolo Salvadeo - General Manager and CEO

Engineer, he took his degree in the laser laboratories of the University of Pavia.
After several years spent in Hamamatsu Photonics Italy, in charge of technical service, sales and business development, he became manager and member of the Hamamatsu European Marketing Team in 2000.
After several research and management activities in high-tech environments, he took his MBA (Master of Business Administration) at the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2002.
Since 2002 he is the CEO of Quanta System, and member of the board of directors of the company.
In 2008 he has been appointed as a director of firm Ratok, a franchisor medical company.
Married since 1998, he has two children.
