QUANTA SYSTEM achieves the NEW ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification

Quanta announces the awarding of the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certificate on May 4th 2009.

"We are proud to announce that Quanta System has obtained the ISO9001:2008 certification.
Our firm is nowadays one of the first companies in the world to have this new quality system in place. ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems and shows our commitment towards Quality Management practices.
Based on international benchmarks regarding processes and practices, a rigorous CERMET (Italy) + LGA (Germany) audit has granted the Certification. This confirms that Quanta System conforms to the Quality Management Standard: ISO 9001:2008 in Design, Development, Maintenance and Testing of Lasers, Laser Systems and Opto Electronics Solutions." said Dr. Franco Brioschi, Executive R&D and Quality Manager.
The new certification integrates and substitutes the previous ISO 9001:2000.
