Compact design, high power, efficiency and versatility distinguish the Quanta System laser machines for industrial applications.
Laser marking is the fastest and most flexible method for imprinting codes, progressive serial numbers, logos, data, imagines etc … on a wide range of materials, including metals. A PC controlled laser beam is used to either discolour the surface of a component or to engrave it by vaporising the surface material. The position of the beam and its parameters (intensity, pulse width, repetition rate, etc …) can be accurately selected and controlled by the operator or automatically pre-set or adjusted, and this allows a wide variety of effects to be achieved.
There are two types of Quanta high-speed Industrial class IV or Class I marking lasers: static-lens-focused and dynamic-lens-focused systems.
Marking over a large area generally requires a dynamic focus system.
Basically all laser sources of the Quanta System’s industrial line-up are well suitable for marking on metallic substrates or metallic bulks.
Full traceability
It is possible to mark products and apply logos, serial numbers and identifying drawings on practically every shape and type of material.
Quanta System has developed the final and permanent solution to the problem of recognition of imitations, offering total traceability of products in every possible production and marketing process.
